Returns Policy

Change of mind

Here at Sarah Ellison, we understand that sometimes you change your mind. We offer a full refund, including freight costs, for goods that have not yet left our warehouse. Please email us with your order number (found on your confirmation email/invoice), allied with a written request to cancel the order. Please allow an approximate time window of 48 hours from payment of the invoice, to dispatch from our warehouse.

If you change your mind after the order has been delivered, please notify us in writing, within 48 hours of delivery. This refund is less the original, and return freight, allied with a 20% restocking fee. Goods must be saleable, unassembled, and unused. Goods must be returned to their original packaging, ensuring their safe travel back to our warehouse. 

 

Damaged Goods

We pride ourselves on our quality control standards. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged upon arrival, please notify us in writing, within 48 hours of delivery. In order for us to resolve your claim as quickly as possible we will require a brief description of the fault, your order number and clear high-res images of the damage, including the packaging. Where possible, please include an everyday object in photo's e.g., a pen or coin, to gauge scale.

Please remember that some of our designs are hand-crafted, unique pieces made from natural materials such as timber and marble, and therefore contain variations in grain, colour or texture. Variations such as these are not considered a fault. If you have any concerns about these types of variations, please contact us to discuss this prior to purchasing.

We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or negligence. 

Products will be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at Sarah Ellison’s discretion. 

 

Refunds

Please allow 5 – 8 business days for refunds to clear. If the funds have not cleared within this period, please contact us. Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your purchase. Where goods are being returned, your refund will be processed as soon as the goods have arrived into our warehouse and have gone through inspection.
