EDITION 08. MUSE'INGS WITH TERESA PALMER

MUSE'INGS WITH TERESA PALMER:
Mother of 5, wife, actor, author and podcast host.

Muse’ings [sic] / a series of moments and reflections with those that inspire us.

DESCRIBE YOURSELF IN A SENTENCE.
Silly, sunny, mama to many, optimistic, sensitive, dreamer, forgetful!

YOUR MUSE PAST OR PRESENT.
Dora Sanders - grandmother, past. Mum to 8, glorious extravert, lovely friend, cheeky spirit and giver of the best hugs.

REFLECTIONS FROM THE PAST YEAR.
Depends on the month; May sucked, August was the best, December was wild and June was just a bit meh. Themes of slowing down, presence, gratitude and looking for the lessons in the madness showed up a lot.

WHAT DOES HOME MEAN TO YOU?
It's my people; my daughters, my sons, my man, my mum, my friends and their children.
It's a feeling that travels wherever we go as long as we are together.

FAVOURITE PLACE?
To visit; Sonvevi Fushi in the Maldives. To live; adventuring between the rugged bush of the Adelaide Hills and the canyons of Hollywood Hills, one wouldn't be as special without the other.

DESCRIBE YOUR CHILDHOOD SOFA MEMORY.
We moved a lot, upgrading furniture as we ventured, so many come to mind but an electric blue couch I bought from Cash Converters for my mum when I was 16 stands out. Hanging on there with my motley crew of rescue animals was always a treat

IN 3 YEARS YOU WILL FIND ME...
...Probably pregnant? Ha! Hopefully just enjoying my life and having fruitful, enriching experiences with people I love and getting to do work that I'm inspired by.

WHAT I'M EXCITED ABOUT TODAY.
We are staying in Port Willunga with our best family friends and their 4 kids, it's a mad house here but my favourite kind of crazy.

*Muse / a source of inspiration.
**Muse’ings (sic) / a period of reflection or thought with SE.
***Muse Sofa / a dynamic show stopper that will be the dramatic hero of any room.
Perfect for moments of thought and reflection.
